The Nigerian Army has discovered a dangerous change of tactics by the
members of the Boko Haram Islamic sect who are using fake military
uniforms to confuse security agents and unleash mayhem on unsuspecting
members of the public.
The tactic was also adopted by insurgents in Daura, Katsina State at
about 10pm on Thursday night, where two soldiers and five Boko Haram
sect members were confirmed killed.
This was disclosed Friday by the Director of Civil-Military Relations
(DCMR), Maj-Gen Mobolaji Koleoso, who alerted journalists in Abuja about
the worrisome development.
